CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE

Prices listed on this website are in US Dollars. Exchange rates quoted on XE Currency Converter on the day of the transaction will be applied.

RESERVATION / SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security Deposit is required and payable prior to occupancy

Reservation deposit will serve as refundable security deposit during occupancy and

is not to be applied towards rent

RENTAL RATES

Rent Rates are for two occupants per apartment.

Extra charge for each additional occupant: Adults $10/night, children $5/night.

Children must be minimum 7 years of age and under adult supervision at all times

CANCELLATION POLICY

100 % refund for cancellations more than 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy.

0% refund for cancellations within 30 days or less prior to scheduled occupancy.

PET POLICY

Guest pets, (cats, dogs or other creatures ) are not permitted in any apartment

or anywhere on our property.

OTHER CHARGES

Air Conditioning electricity up to US$25 is included, guest is charged for excess at US$ 0.35/kWh

Propane cooking gas - first full tank is provided, guest pays US$ 25.00 for each refill

Damage to the apartment, furniture or missing items will be deducted from security deposit.

Cleaning fee at at move-out is $35

ONLINE BANK TRANSFERS

Online payments should be made in US Dollars. Any bank fees, transfer fees or currency

exchange fees are the responsibility of the sender and must be added to the payment.
