CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE
Prices listed on this website are in US Dollars. Exchange rates quoted on XE Currency Converter on the day of the transaction will be applied.
RESERVATION / SECURITY DEPOSIT
Reservation/Security Deposit is required and payable prior to occupancy. Reservation deposit will serve as refundable security deposit during occupancy and will not to be applied towards last month's rent.
RENTAL RATES
Rent Rates are for two occupants per apartment. Extra charge for each additional occupant: Adults $10/night, children $5/night. Children must be minimum 7 years of age and under adult supervision at all times
CANCELLATION POLICY
100 % refund for cancellations more than 15 days prior to scheduled occupancy. No refund for cancellations within 14 days or less prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations during occupancy, security deposit is forfeited
PET POLICY
Guest pets, (cats, dogs or other creatures ) are not permitted in any apartment or anywhere on our property.
​OTHER CHARGES
Surcharge for Air Conditioning measured electricity can range from zero to $3.00 per day depending on amount used.
Propane cooking gas charge - $10 per month
Damage to the apartment, furniture or missing items will be deducted from security deposit.
