A/C electricity up to $25 (US Dollars) is included. Guests are charged for excess electricity consumed by air conditioners at $0.35 /kWh. Payable one day prior to checkout.
Full 25 lb tank of propane (cooking gas) is included at move-in. Long term guests (28+ days) are charged $20 per refill. If a refill is needed, please notify the manager. Guests are NOT permitted to switch out propane tanks themselves due to safety concerns.
Bag up all kitchen waste before placing your waste into the trash cans in our parking lot. If you're using plastic shopping bags for your kitchen waste, make sure the shopping bags are completely closed, don't leak fluids and are securely tied on top so that no kitchen waste and food items fall out. No partially open or leaking bags please. It's best to purchase 13 gallon waste bags for proper disposal of your kitchen waste. We prefer not to supply the fly or mosquito larvae population with a gourmet buffet.
Water bottles for drinking and cooking (5-gallon) can be requested for delivery from "El Furgon" mini market located on the main road across from the arch entrance to our Playa Encuentro Community.
We recycle to help protect the environment. We have two blue recycle containers in our parking lot next to the regular trash cans. Please use one of the blue recycle containers for glass only. Remove any lids from glass jars before placing them into the container. Use the second blue container for plastic bottles only. The environment will thank you.
Waverider Apartments promotes a healthy tobacco and smoke-free environment, but if you absolutely need to have a cigarette or cigar, please smoke ONLY in our outdoor gazebo (not the BBQ area) adjacent to the pool. When finished, please wrap cigarette butts and ashes in aluminum foil before disposing in trash cans and properly clean ashtrays to prevent ashes from getting carried onto the furniture by the wind.

Tenants must provide their own cleaning supplies, insect and bug spray.
Please advise the manager of any slow running or blocked drains.
Do not overload washing machines and use only liquid laundry detergent
